3-Ingredient Bagels

WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE: Everyone is always trying to cut fat, carbs, or sugars while still eating have a flavorful and healthy bread. This bagel recipe really cuts down the carbs and keeps fat low. Easy to enjoy without guilt. They taste very good too!

3-Ingredient Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 egg, beaten with a fork

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix the flour and the yogurt together by hand until it forms a dough.
  • Place dough on a lightly floured board. Flour your hands.
  • Knead until a smooth dough forms and shape it into a 4" log.
  • Cut this dough into 4 equal pieces and shape into balls. Roll each ball into a rope.
  • Pinch the end of each rope together forming a bagel shaped round.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds or Everything Bagel Topping, if desired.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and 500 degrees for 2 minutes to brown tops..
