WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE: Tart and tangy! The lemon juice just pops against whatever I serve with it. It is perfect with jicama or carrots or try it as a side condiment at Passover with chicken or Matzah Pie.
Walnut Green Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups parsley stems removed
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup walnuts
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to either the bowl of a food processor or to a blender (for smoother consistency).
- Blend to the consistency you prefer.
- Serve at Passover with Matzah Spiced Pie or as a spread with veggies.
