Walnut Green Sauce

WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE: Tart and tangy! The lemon juice just pops against whatever I serve with it. It is perfect with jicama or carrots or try it as a side condiment at Passover with chicken or Matzah Pie.

Walnut Green Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups parsley stems removed
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup walnuts

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to either the bowl of a food processor or to a blender (for smoother consistency).
  • Blend to the consistency you prefer.
  • Serve at Passover with Matzah Spiced Pie or as a spread with veggies.
