Lox Spread

Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- dill
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- rye rounds, crackers, bagel chips or bagels
Instructions
- With a fork, stir the softened cream cheese until it is a smooth consistency.
- Add salmon, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and garlic.
- Mix well.
- Top with dill and green onion
- Serve with rye rounds, crackers, bagel chips or bagels
Notes
You can easily vary the amount of lox. Sometimes I add chopped pieces of lox to the spread.
