Ingredients

  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
  • dill
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
  • rye rounds, crackers, bagel chips or bagels

Instructions

  • With a fork, stir the softened cream cheese until it is a smooth consistency.

  • Add salmon, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and garlic.
  • Mix well.
  • Top with dill and green onion
  • Serve with rye rounds, crackers, bagel chips or bagels

Notes

You can easily vary the amount of lox. Sometimes I add chopped pieces of lox to the spread.
