WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE: For years when the kids were little, we bought plastic and tin cookie cutters. They were always so much fun to cut the cookie dough and lift that dough onto the baking sheets without it breaking. The dreidel was easy to lift but the menorah was always very tricky. We did a lot of patching.
