It is so simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Meaty beef ribs, trimmed if necessary
  • sliced onions to taste
  • barbecue sauce
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325° F.
  • Using a broiler pan, put ribs on rack part and a little water in the bottom.
  • Season ribs and top with sliced onions.
  • Cover with foil and bake about 1-1/2 hours.
  • Remove foil, brush with barbecue sauce and cook for another half hour or so.

Notes

If you put barbecue sauce on at the beginning, put it on lightly so the ribs don't get too charred.
