Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

A delicious, easy twist on mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
- 6 med Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup Manischewitz All Natural Vegetable Broth
- 4 Tbsp pareve margarine
- 2 Tbsp wasabi horseradish
- 1 Tbsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- In large saucepan, boil potatoes and garlic in salted water. Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and break apart with a fork.
- Drain and return to pan.
- With a potato masher or hand mixer, mash potatoes and garlic with broth, margarine, and horseradish.
- Season with additional salt if needed.
