Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

A delicious, easy twist on mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 6 med Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup Manischewitz All Natural Vegetable Broth
  • 4 Tbsp pareve margarine
  • 2 Tbsp wasabi horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp Kosher salt

Instructions

  • In large saucepan, boil potatoes and garlic in salted water. Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and break apart with a fork.
  • Drain and return to pan.
  • With a potato masher or hand mixer, mash potatoes and garlic with broth, margarine, and horseradish.
  • Season with additional salt if needed.
