WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE: This recipe brings back such fond memories. My father was a true garlic lover and I can still picture him adding garlic to a newly-made batch of dressing without even trying it first. The rest of us thought it was perfect just as mom made it.
French Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 onion, cut in large pieces
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 2/3 can vegetable oil
- 2/3 can vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put onion and garlic in food processor or blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
