Matzah-Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 inch vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups cut-up cooked chicken
- 3 pkgs Passover Matzah Stuffing Mix (such as Streit's)
- 3 cups chicken soup
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Heat oil and sauté onions and celery.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake uncovered in a greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan for 1 hour.
Notes
You can omit the cut-up cooked chicken and serve this dish as a delicious side dish.
