Ingredients

vegetable oil

cup
chopped onion
1/2
cup
chopped celery

cut-up cooked chicken

pkgs
Passover Matzah Stuffing Mix (such as Streit's)
3
cups
chicken soup
2
beaten eggs
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Heat oil and sauté onions and celery.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake uncovered in a greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan for 1 hour.
Notes
You can omit the cut-up cooked chicken and serve this dish as a delicious side dish.
