WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE: My Uncle Dave first made these eggs for me when I was a little boy in the late 1920’s-early 1930’s. I so enjoyed them that I have made them throughout my life and have now passed on the tradition all the way down to my great grandchildren.

Not low calorie or low cholesterol but definitely worth the splurge!

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 scrambled eggs
Instructions
- Heat an empty skillet over high heat until it is red hot.
- Add the butter, melt and heat until it is dark brown.
- Add eggs and scramble.
Notes
Make sure you use your vent fan or even better, cook outside.
