Dirty Eggs

Not low calorie or low cholesterol but definitely worth the splurge!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 scrambled eggs

Instructions

  • Heat an empty skillet over high heat until it is red hot.
  • Add the butter, melt and heat until it is dark brown.
  • Add eggs and scramble.

Notes

Make sure you use your vent fan or even better, cook outside.
