Salami and Eggs

Ingredients
- 12 slices kosher salami, cut into thick matchstick pieces or slices
- 12 eggs, whisked
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute salami in a large skillet until it is hot throughout and slightly browned.
- Add whisked eggs. Stir until scrambled to the consistency you prefer
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Salami can be cut into slices, thick or thin if you prefer.
