Salami and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 slices kosher salami, cut into thick matchstick pieces or slices
  • 12 eggs, whisked
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Saute salami in a large skillet until it is hot throughout and slightly browned.
  • Add whisked eggs. Stir until scrambled to the consistency you prefer
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Salami can be cut into slices, thick or thin if you prefer.
