kosher salami, cut into thick matchstick pieces or slices

eggs, whisked
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Saute salami in a large skillet until it is hot throughout and slightly browned.
Add whisked eggs. Stir until scrambled to the consistency you prefer
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Salami can be cut into slices, thick or thin if you prefer.
