Traditional Vegan Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (I also a few slices of chopped red onion instead of green onions)
- 2/3 cup plant based vegan mayo
- 1 tsp black pepper
- t tsp celery or garlic salt
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cabbage, cut into small pieces
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl to make dressing.
- Stir in cabbage mix and toss to coat.
- Add salt to taste.
Notes
This is best made well in advance (early in the day) because it allows the flavors to come together.
