Traditional Vegan Coleslaw

Ingredients

green onions, finely chopped (I also a few slices of chopped red onion instead of green onions)
2/3
cup
plant based vegan mayo

tsp
black pepper

celery or garlic salt

Tbsp
granulated sugar

Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1/2
cabbage, cut into small pieces
salt to taste
Instructions
Mix first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl to make dressing.
Stir in cabbage mix and toss to coat.
Add salt to taste.
Notes
This is best made well in advance (early in the day) because it allows the flavors to come together.
