WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE: I love this recipe because it is easy and delicious. The lime juice makes it unique and is so incredibly easy to add.
Rice and Black Beans
Servings: 8 people

Ingredients
- 3 cups long grain rice, cooked
- 1 can black beans, about 15 oz
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare rice.
- Drain canned black beans and rinse with cold water.
- Add beans to rice. Mix them well.
- Mix in lime juice, salt and pepper.
