Rice and Black Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 cups long grain rice, cooked
  • 1 can black beans, about 15 oz
  • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare rice.
  • Drain canned black beans and rinse with cold water.
  • Add beans to rice. Mix them well.
  • Mix in lime juice, salt and pepper.
