Ingredients

long grain rice, cooked

can
black beans, about 15 oz

Tbsp
freshly squeezed lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare rice.
Drain canned black beans and rinse with cold water.
Add beans to rice. Mix them well.
Mix in lime juice, salt and pepper.
