Blintz Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • 10-12 frozen blintzes (alternate fruit and cheese)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Mix sour cream, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a mixer or blender.
  • Melt butter in Pyrex baking dish in oven.
  • Add blintzes to baking dish, then pour mixture over blintzes.
  • Bake 1 hour.
