Ingredients

sour cream

cup
sugar

eggs

tsp
vanilla
1
stick
butter
10-12
frozen blintzes (alternate fruit and cheese)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix sour cream, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a mixer or blender.
Melt butter in Pyrex baking dish in oven.
Add blintzes to baking dish, then pour mixture over blintzes.
Bake 1 hour.
