Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat or in the top of a double boiler.
Add condensed milk. Blend well and continue cooking until thick and soft form, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add pecans. Cool slightly.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a buttered baking sheet or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes. Cool before serving.
