¼cupschmaltz, plus more if needed in food processor
½onion, chopped
1lbchicken livers
3hard boiled eggs, chopped
¼onion, chopped
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat schmaltz then add 1/2 cup chopped onion. Cook until onion is soft.
Add chicken livers and cook about 2-1/2 minutes per side. They should be just a little pink inside.
Chop the livers.
Put liver, hard-boiled eggs, sauteed onion, 1/4 raw onion and salt in food processor. Process all together, but keep it chunky. Add more schmaltz if needed for creaminess.
