Ingredients

eggs, separated
3/4
tsp
salt
3/4
cup
cold water
1/2
cup
matzah meal
1
Tbsp
sugar
3/4
cup
coconut
sour cream, optional
Instructions
Beat egg yolks with salt and water.
Add matzah meal, sugar and coconut.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into mixture.
Drop by spoonfuls onto griddle, cooking until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream if desired.
