A very rich and dense cheesecake reminiscent of Eli's Cheesecake in Chicago.

Graham Cracker Crust
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter
Filling
- 11 oz cream cheese, softened 2 hours
- 1 pt sour cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Topping
- 7 oz frozen strawberries
- ¾-1 cup sugar, to taste
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ Tbsp cornstarch mixed first with the lemon juice
- 1 pt fresh strawberries or any other fresh berries
Topping
Cook filling ingredients together until thick and clear.
Add 1 pint fresh strawberries or any other fresh berries.
Put on top of baked cheesecake.
