Fresh Horseradish

Ingredients
1
4" long piece of fresh horseradish, peeled and cut into chunks
1
15 oz can beets, sliced
1
tsp
sugar
1
tsp
salt

Tbsp
white vinegar
Instructions
Chop horseradish root in a food processor using the chopping blade.
Add the beets and process until blended.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until the consistency that you prefer.
Notes
Beware that when you remove the lid of the food process the horseradish may burn your eyes.
