Ingredients

jicama, cut into thick matchstick pieces

red pepper, cut into matchstick pieces

green pepper, cut into matchstick pieces

yellow pepper, cut into matchstick pieces

shredded carrots

navel oranges, peeled and cut into large pieces

sugar

freshly squeezed lime juice

olive oil
Instructions
Mix all vegetables together in a bowl.
Add oranges.
Add sugar, mix well.
Add olive oil and lime juice, mixing well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve,
