Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup matzah meal
  • vegetable spray

Instructions

  • Beat eggs.
  • Blend in all other ingredients.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto hot griddle sprayed with vegetable spray.
  • Brown on both sides.
