Ingredients

milk

rice, cooked

eggs, beaten

cup
sugar

cup
raisins

tsp
vanilla

tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Pour milk in 4 cup measuring cup. Cook on high 3-4 minutes or until steamy.
Mix remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole. Stir in hot milk. Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on LOW for 20-25 minutes.
Remove cover immediately and allow to stand until center is set.
Notes
Quick and easy dessert. Serve well-chilled with a dash of cinnamon on top.
