Salad with Apples & Honey Dressing

- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 cups salad greens, mixed
- 1 medium apple, unpeeled and thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Add Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, and olive oil in a large bowl and whisk until well-blended.
Add salad greens and apple slices to dressing in bowl.
Combine well and add salt and pepper to taste.
