Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly cover the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan with olive oil. Break a matzah board to cover the bottom of the pan and brush lightly with olive oil.
Saute green onions in a little olive oil until soft.
Add spinach and dill, in batches if necessary, until wilted. Place in a bowl.
Add matzah meal to spinach and stir together by hand.
In a separate mixer bowl, combine eggs and lemon juice and mix until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Combine egg mixture into spinach. Mix thoroughly by hand. Pour into prepared springform pan.
Bake until firm and lightly browned on the top. This will take 35-45 minutes.
Serve warm.
